Everyone knows stress is bad for you, but did you know that prolonged stress disrupts your body’s innate capacity to regenerate brain cells and wreaks havoc with your immune function? Our moods have a biochemical reality in the body. There is an axiom in the field of body-mind medicine:

relax the mind and the body relaxes.”

In this four-week workshop you will learn a simple method for tapping into your body’s own energy system to:

  • Ease anxiety
  • Reduce anger, and
  • Neutralize sadness

You will explore deeply buried basic belief systems that narrow your thinking and turn you away from the positive emotions that help you heal, grow, expand, and achieve your goals.
